RUFFLES

Happy Endings

REHOMED

Ruffles is a Romanian girl who was saved from a kill shelter.

UPDATE as of 13th February 2025

Recently Ruffles has been taking part in our group walks and she thoroughly enjoys these.  Her behaviour is perfect - she travels well and has no problem walking as part of a group. We have noticed a growth in her confidence around men and are encouraging our male volunteers to engage with her as frequently as possible.

She has spent a fairly, lengthy time in kennels and would really benefit from a home or foster carer.  Foster carers must live within 20 miles of the centre and should have their own transport.  If you would consider fostering Ruffles please PM the page.

She was adopted but returned after several months due to a breakdown in her relationship with the man of the house. She is confident with women and keen to see the kennel girls each day, however, she is not so confident around men. She actively tries to avoid men therefore any family who has a man in the picture will need to work hard at building this relationship.

She walks well on the lead and has walked in a group from the centre without issue. In particular though she adores doing zoomies around the arena. We have said no children as she doesn't like loud noises or quick movements.

She is spayed, fully vaccinated, microchipped, treated for parasites, assessed and ready for visitors.
