Approx Age: 3.5 years old
Maisie was rescued from a kill shelter in Romania and has luckily made her way to Islay Dog Rescue.
Maisie is an absolutely fabulous dog. She is good with other dogs and could easily share her home with one. She is very affectionate, playful and keen to interact with the humans around her. Taking her for a walk is a pleasure as she walks beautifully and takes such an interest in her surroundings.
She has been taking part in some training at the kennels and knows how to "sit" and "watch me". Whilst she is fairly clean in her kennel we cannot presume she is house-trained so her new family would have to be prepared to put in some work if need be.
Given her lovely nature we believe she could live with children though we would ask that they are dog savvy and over the age of 5.
