Benji has been a superstar lately and is walking beautifully on the lead. We would consider rehoming him to a family setting where the children (or visiting children) were dog-savvy and 10 years old and above.
This wee guy would be an amazing addition to a family home. He would happily live with another dog - he has superb dog skills.
Benji is a gorgeous boy who was rescued from a Romanian Kill Shelter. He is around 3 years old and a joy to be around.
He is a mix of breeds but there is surely some Golden Retriever there. Benji is a fabulous boy, great with other dogs, loves a toy to carry around and walks well on the lead. At the moment he is showing some over-excitement when walking and tries to grab a sleeve or the lead and although he is responding to training, for that reason we would say no children.
Benji travels well in the car and has enjoyed several outings to Dumfries House. He could live with another dog or be the only dog in the household.
He is neutered, fully vaccinated, vet checked, microchipped, treated for parasites and assessed. Written assessments can be shown to potential adopters.
His adoption fee is £400 which goes directly to saving the lives of dogs just like him.
